Lily saw Kim on the wall. She thought, "I would feel sad too."
So Lily walked over with her skipping rope. "Do you want to turn the rope?" she asked.
Kim hopped down at once. She turned the rope. Then she had a go. And Kim could skip! She skipped forty times without stopping. Everybody clapped.
By home time Kim knew six names. She was not nervous now. She could not wait for tomorrow.
